Scott Seligmann

Scott Seligmann is a career real estate professional with over 27 years of experience in the real estate business. Mr. Seligmann began his real estate career after college leasing shopping centers for a Houston based retail developer. Afterwards, he worked for a large commercial real estate brokerage firm where he was appointed to head up retail leasing in the 7th largest city in the nation. Mr. Seligmann then started doing build to suits for various national retailers & was President of Select Retail Sites, Inc. In addition to the commercial business, Mr. Seligmann in partnership with Johnson Development, developed the Berkshire community.

Mr. Seligmann has participated in real estate developments throughout the US. Mr. Seligmann earned his Bachelor of Business degree in finance from Texas State University and holds a commercial Airline Transport Pilot certificate.
